Product Update: New International Shipping and Price Protection

BOXED is excited to announce that we can now ship your BOXED pulls to 20 countries! This is a huge step in our ability to bring the fun of collecting to more users than ever before!

Along with our expanded international shipping capabilities, we’ve also updated our Price Protection policy from 1 day to 7 days. Keep reading for the full details of these changes!

International Shipping Brings Collecting to More Countries

To bring more people into the fun of collecting, BOXED is proud to announce that we are now shipping to 20 countries worldwide. Alongside the United States, Canada, and UK, BOXED now ships Singles from our US-based fulfillment facility to more countries in North America, Europe and Oceania!

Our Shipping page has been updated with the full list of countries, shipping costs for the specific country, and the estimated shipping times.

The new expanded international shipping covers both Singles and Marketplace Items. 

During the sign-up process new users will be asked to select their shipping destination country, while existing customers who have been patiently waiting for our expanded shipping offerings can now select their country in the settings menu when withdrawing cards.

Price Protection Now Covers TCG Singles for 7 Days

The market moves so fast these days. Which is why we’re excited to announce BOXED’s Price Protection policy will now cover TCG singles for 7 days, compared to the previous 24-hour protection policy. 

This means you now have 7 days from the time an item lands in your inventory to withdraw it at its original gem value. This covers TCG singles you pull from boxes, battles, Forge, and Vending Machines.

After that, if the item’s market price goes up, you will owe a withdrawal fee in gems equal to the difference before the item can ship.

We hope that this gives our users more peace-of-mind when it comes to withdrawing TCG singles, and better protects your awesome pulls from market volatility. Please check our FAQ for more information.
